Bob William Dean: Born October 31, 1931 – Died: October 13, 2004 A famous newspaper photographer, who sped to the scene of an accident one evening, and got some horrific news after taking photos of the scene.

Irving Leon Wood: Born: 1908 – Died: November 10, 1936 One of the heroes in the 1928 Robert E. Lee shipwreck. Irving and several other coastguards risked their lives in a blizzard, to rescue those on board the stranded ship. Only die himself, in a related car wreck a few years later.
